Steps Before you order:
- Launch the "Device Unlock App" to check status.
- If you receive "Not Eligible for Unlock", please proceed and submit your IMEI # for processing.
- If you receive "Communication Error" or "Server not responding, please try again later", DO NOT submit your order as it is not supported for unlocking (no refunds will be provided for any orders submitted with either of these error messages).
- Once process returns completed turn on app, and device will be officially unlocked.
Steps if your IMEI is not unlocked after marked success:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the IMEI WRITTEN/TYPED and the error message you are receiving.
- Our support team will send your imei for verification.
- If your device is still locked after verification, we will provide you with a serial number and video instructions to ensure the video was made post-verification.
Please verify the carrier prior to purchasing your unlock. Refunds are not available for incorrect carrier.
